Processing Times

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed within the United Arab Emirates will be shipped on the same day or the next business day. Please allow us up to 5 business days for order processing and shipment confirmation.

Delivery Times

• UAE Orders: You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days after shipment confirmation.
• International Orders: For orders placed outside the United Arab Emirates, please allow 10-14 business days for delivery after shipment confirmation.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. You can then track your order directly through the carrier's website.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mental Beyond purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.

Final sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return.

Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or packing slip).

Return Process:

You'll receive a return authorization with instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process once we receive your returned item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned item.
